The **360° Room View** is an environment scan feature designed to ensure that your interview space is free from unauthorized materials or additional people.

* You may be prompted to use either your **primary device camera (laptop/desktop webcam)** or a **secondary device (smartphone or tablet)** to complete the room scan.
* The system guides you to capture your desk, walls, ceiling, and surrounding areas.
* When a secondary device is required, it provides greater flexibility and a wider viewing angle to ensure complete room coverage.
* This process assures the interviewer and organization that the environment is distraction-free and compliant with interview policies.

## Step-by-Step Setup

| 1 | Follow the on-screen instructions when prompted. |

| 4 | Ensure all sides of the room, desk, and workspace are clearly visible. |
| 5 | Confirm the scan is complete when the system prompts. |
