Why is my video lagging or freezing during the interview?

If your video freezes, lags, or becomes choppy during the Live interview, this checklist helps you identify and resolve common network, browser, and device performance issues.

What might be wrong	How to fix it
Unstable or slow internet connection	Switch to a wired LAN connection or strong Wi-Fi, move closer to the router, and pause downloads or streaming.
Browser-related issues	Update your browser to the latest version, clear cache, and try joining in Incognito or Private mode.
Device performance overload	Close all non-essential applications and tabs, then restart your device before rejoining.
VPN, firewall, or proxy interference	Turn off VPN or proxy services if allowed, and switch to an unrestricted network.
