🔎 Troubleshooting Common Issues
| What Might Be Wrong | What You Can Do |

| Organization-level restriction | Contact your admin to confirm that “Invite on the Fly” is not globally disabled. |
| Feature not reflected after enabling | Log out and rejoin the session. Refresh the People tab to view updated permissions. |
| Browser cache or session issue | Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then rejoin the Interview. |
| Joined with incorrect role (co-evaluator, not host) | Ensure that you have joined as a host or panel member. Co-evaluators may not see the Invite control. |
| Template not updated | Log out and rejoin the session after enabling. Refresh the People tab. |
Note : Guest evaluators require a whitelisted domain before they can be added via Invite on the Fly.
