Step-by-Step Guide
1. Go to the Workflow
- Login as a Recruiter.
- Select the workflow that contains the candidates and interviews you want to evaluate.
2. Open the Interview Step
- Inside the workflow, select the interview step where you want to submit an evaluation for a candidate.
- Within the workflow, select the interview step where you want to submit a candidate evaluation.
3. Submitting an evaluation for a candidate
- Click on a candidate’s name to view their interview details and evaluation status.
- In the interview details side panel:
- Open the Evaluation tab to review or provide feedback on the candidate’s interview.
- Expand the Your Evaluation dropdown to review or add evaluation feedback.
- Enter detailed feedback to support your evaluation decision.
- Click on ✔️Select/ ✖️Turned Down/ ⏸️Hold, based on your decision about the candidate.
Upon a success notification, the evaluation is now submitted and accessible to hiring managers within the centralized workflow dashboard.
