| Room not assigned to the interviewer profile | Verify that the interviewer has been explicitly assigned to the specific room in the Drive settings. Navigate to the Drive configuration, select the room, and confirm the interviewer in the assigned interviewer list. Add and confirm the interviewer and save changes. |
| Room creation incomplete or not published | If the room is incomplete, finalize all required fields and publish the room to make it active and visible to assigned interviewers and recruiters. |
| User permissions insufficient for room access | Review the userβs role and permissions within the Drive. Ensure the user has appropriate access levels (interviewer, organizer, or admin) that grant visibility to assigned rooms. |
| Browser cache or session issues | Clear the browser cache and cookies, then refresh the page. Instruct users to log out completely and log back in to refresh their session. This resolves visibility issues caused by outdated cached data or stale authentication tokens. |
| Technical platform synchronization delay | Wait 2-3 minutes after making room assignment changes, as platform synchronization may take time to propagate across the system. If delays persist beyond 5 minutes, contact Talview support to investigate backend synchronization issues. |
