| Browser cache or session issue | Clear your browser cache and cookies, then log back into Talview. Try accessing the scores from a different browser or in incognito mode to rule out local caching issues. |
| Assessment submission wasn’t recorded | Verify the candidate’s submission status shows as “Completed” in the workflow dashboard. If it shows “In Progress,” the candidate may not have clicked the final submit button. Ask the candidate to confirm submission. |
