🔎 Troubleshooting Common Issues

| User role does not have filter access | Ensure you are logged in as a Recruiter or Master Recruiter. Contact your Tenant Admin if filter access needs to be enabled. |
| Not inside the All view | Confirm that the All tab is selected within the workflow. Filters are not shown in step-specific views. |
| Workflow did not load completely | Refresh the page and wait for the candidate list to fully load before checking for filters. |
| Screen resolution or browser zoom hides filters | Reduce browser zoom, scroll horizontally/vertically, or switch to full-screen mode to locate the Filters option. |
