The All view in a workflow provides a consolidated list of candidates across all steps. It also supports candidate filters, including step-wise status filters. If the Filters option is not visible, it is typically due to permission settings, navigation context, or UI-related issues.

🔎 Troubleshooting Common Issues

What might be wrongHow to fix it
User role does not have filter accessEnsure you are logged in as a Recruiter or Master Recruiter. Contact your Tenant Admin if filter access needs to be enabled.

Screen resolution or browser zoom hides filtersReduce browser zoom, scroll horizontally/vertically, or switch to full-screen mode to locate the Filters option.
Temporary UI or cache issueClear browser cache and reload the workflow.

Additional Tips

  • Compare with step views Filters in the All view are different from Screening or Assessment step filters. Ensure you are looking for All-view–specific filters.
  • Check role-based differences If other recruiters can see filters in the same workflow and you cannot, it likely indicates a role or permission issue.
  • Try another workflow Open a different workflow’s All view to determine whether the issue is workflow-specific or user-specific.
  • Re-enter the workflow Exit the workflow and reopen it to reinitialize the All view UI.
