  1. Scheduling Interview
    • When creating or editing an interview workflow, navigate to the Schedule section.
  2. Select Date
    • Use the calendar dropdown to choose the preferred interview date.
  3. Choose Time Slot
    • Select an available time slot from the dropdown.
    • Talview automatically displays only the interviewer’s free/busy time based on synced Google or Outlook calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling.
  4. Confirm & Save
    • Once saved, Talview sends calendar invites to both interviewers and candidates with the finalized date and time.
    • Time zones are automatically adjusted, making it reliable for global interviews.
