This article explains how recruiters can track the real-time status of interviews from the Interview Dashboard. The dashboard provides a consolidated view of past, current, and upcoming interviews with details about participants, their RSVP responses, and meeting information.

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

1. Go to the Workflow

  • Login as Recruiter.
  • Select the workflow that contains the interviews you want to track.

2. Open the Interview Step

  • Inside the workflow, select the interview step that you want to track.
  • This opens the Interview Dashboard, where all interviews for that step are listed.

3. View Interviews by Date

  • The interviews are automatically arranged by date, showing:
    • Past interviews – already completed.
    • Current interviews – happening now.
    • Upcoming interviews – scheduled for later.
    • Cancelled interviews - canceled by the recruiter or candidate has declined.

4. Check Candidate and Interviewer Details

  • For each interview, you can see:
    • Candidate name and details
    • Interviewer(s) name and details
    • RSVP status (Accepted*, Declined, Tentative, Invited*)
    • Participation status (Joined, Not joined, No Show, Completed)

5. Monitor Meeting Information

  • The dashboard also shows:
    • Meeting status – whether it has started, is ongoing, or completed.
    • Organizer details – who scheduled the interview.
    • Recording links – available for completed online interviews.
Use the Interview Dashboard as your single source of truth to track interview progress in real time. From here, you can quickly identify no-shows, check who is waiting, and access recordings after completion.
